Verulon expands to Denmark with the creation of Verulon ApS
Verulon has founded a Danish subsidiary: Verulon ApS in Skive. Read what this means for customers and for our plans for hosting in Denmark.

Verulon has founded a Danish company: Verulon ApS. Alongside Verulon B.V. in Rotterdam, we now have our own legal entity in Denmark. It is a logical step for a company that puts digital sovereignty first and wants to serve its customers close to home.
Verulon ApS at a glance
For Dutch customers nothing changes. Verulon B.V. (KvK 42007107) remains your contracting party and point of contact, under Dutch law.
Why Denmark?
Denmark is a natural second home market. It is an EU member state with strong privacy legislation, a high level of digitalisation and, like the Netherlands, a growing awareness of the risks of depending on US cloud providers. Many organisations there ask the same questions as our Dutch customers: where is our data, who can access it and under which legislation?
With our own Danish entity we can answer those questions the way a local partner does: with a Danish contracting party, a Danish company number and a point of contact in the same time zone and in your own language.
What does this mean for our plans?
Verulon delivers custom software, sovereign hosting and private AI implementations. Our hosting currently runs in Zoetermeer, in a Tier 3+, ISO 27001-certified datacenter. A datacenter in Denmark is planned, so that Danish customers can keep their data in their own country too. We will share more as soon as there is news.
